Cancellation Policy

BK NEST recognizes that plans can and do change. If there is a change in the client’s plan, e.g. cancellation or postponement of the event 30 days prior to the scheduled event, BK NEST will take reasonable steps to book a substitute event and/or make other alternative arrangements if feasible for operations. This agreement is binding and nonrefundable. Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee of the security deposit.
